It does not determine our conclusions, and here is the specific, checkable commitment behind that: we publish low Reliability Scores on products we link to. If a camera scores in the 40s we say so on the same page that carries the link. A site that only ever recommends is not reviewing.
We also don’t type live prices into our content. Prices change constantly and a stale number is worse than no number, so we link out to check the current price rather than quoting one.
